All our machines are linked online with a central server that throughout a dedicated software allow us to perform from the production line Statistical Process Control (SPC) and to monitor in real time all our production. We also have a department dedicated to second operations and assembly and an inspection department equipped with high definition cameras equipped machines that allow a 100% post production control on our products. Everything to better serve our customers. All of ours machine are equipped with Pietro Cucchi bar loaders.

Quality control of our components is assured by our “quality department” throughout the use of sophisticated measuring and testing instruments, special cameras equipped machines that allow us to perform 100% quality check on our products and by a software system installed on the production lines that allow us to perform Statistical Process Controls (SPC).
